THE PROCESS
A fast paced development within forming, machining and material technology has lead to vacuum forming more often being the chosen production method in increasing areas of application.

CNC ROUTING
Once the vacuum forming process is complete, the product is further processed in a five-axis automated trimming machine (a cnc router). The product is fixed by vacuum on a purpose made jig. The jig is molded from an already finished product, or it is milled from a numeric 3D model. This results in a highly accurate and repeatable trimming process.
